I arrived in time ad the arrivals at the airport at 12:30. Nobody was there.
After 20 minutes I phoned the taxi company and they told me they tried to phone me but they didn't manage. They said that the taxi man was arriving. After another 40 minutes I phoned again because nobody was arrived, at the end he arrived at 1:35, after more than 1hour we were waiting!
I had two children with me, I communicated via email the age and the weight of the baby, but the car seat was too big for him. And the driver didn't even attached it well! When he was driven and braked the child seat come undone and went forward to the front seat!!
I was so angry I said to him I did not want to pay the 10 pounds for the seats, so then he phoned his boss and his boss told me that if I didn't pay he would stop the taxi and leave us there!
At the end I paid but I'm really disappointed it was a horrible experience for me and for mi children's.
I want a refound, you just don't treat clients like this, it's crazy.
