"First question is misleading as unused the service from my home to the airport only. The driver was great and met me outside my flat. A thing that could have been extra reassuring would have been to have had a text message when the driver arrived. Nowadays services aren't always reliable even if you guys are, and I wasn't sure there was going to be a car for me outside when the time drew near so I thought out a plan B while getting ready in case something had gone wrong with the booking or if the meeting place was ambiguous etc. I was happily surprised to see the car when I got outside though, so there was no problem. My comment is more an anxiety reducing suggestion for reassurance."
