"The driver was polite and the ride efficient. However, although my flight arrived on time (21.50) we had to wait on the airplane till a gate was free. I got off the plane at 22.20 and was with the driver by 22.50. He told me he was about to leave. I asked if I could rest a couple of minutes before going to the car park but he said he would have to charge me for extra time. At the end of the journey he tried again to charge me for extra waiting time saying that he only had to wait 30 mins not 60. It was not my fault that we got off the plane late and the driver knew we’d been delayed. Looking at the policy today, it was 60
Minutes waiting time not 30 so I am glad I did not pay him. "
